Breaking Habits: filming and image release

The residency

Breaking Habits, an ensemble improvisation residency at Le Moulin de Canole, 24540 Capdrot, France, from Tuesday 9 to Sunday 14 February 2027.

What is recorded

A professional crew of two (camera and sound) plus an occasional third person on an iPhone will film, record sound and take pictures during the sessions.

What you agree to

By signing this form, you allow imprology to record, edit and use your image, voice and performance from the residency in:

• a trailer about the work;
• a feature documentary about the work, if it is made;
• the promotion of the trailer and the documentary, including websites, social media, screenings and festivals.

This permission applies worldwide for 15 years from the date of signing. You will not be paid for it.

Your right to remove shots from social media

Before we post new material on social media, it will be shared in a dedicated private group that you will have access to. Although you have agreed to the filming and use of your image as set out above, this gives you an additional opportunity to exclude individual shots. Within 24 hours of receiving the material, you may write to filming@imprology.com to ask for any shot in which you can be identified to be removed. If no request is received within that period, the material may be posted in accordance with the permission you have already given.

This review procedure does not apply retrospectively to material already posted, nor does it apply to the trailer or documentary, which are covered by the permission above.

You will, however, be shown the trailer before its general release and will have an opportunity to comment on it.

What you get

Your participation will be credited in the final trailer and, if you feature in it, in the final documentary as well.

We will make some pictures and film snippets available for you to share on your socials and use in your showreel, for your own non-commercial use. Please credit imprology where possible.

You will be invited to a showing of the trailer in London.

We keep your name and contact details to send you the material and the invitation. You can ask to see or delete them at any time by writing to hi@imprology.com.
