You can book all our classes online with any major bank card or a PayPal account. Once you've selected the class you want to attend, clicking on the PayPal corresponding "add to cart" icon will take you to their secure network where you can choose your payment method (bank card, eCheque or PayPal account). On completion, the transaction details will be emailed to you by PayPal. Your banking details will neither be accessed nor stored by www.imprology.com. If you are paying a deposit, the remaining fee will be payable when attending your first class.
Bookings by cheque
Send a cheque payable to "imprology" to our postal address along with the name, telephone and email contact of the workshop's participant(s). Make sure that it reaches us before the start of the class you want to book. The booking fee when paying by cheque is indicated on the booking page for each event. We will confirm your booking on receipt by email or telephone. If you are paying a deposit, the remaining fee will be payable when attending your first class.
Deposit, final payment and instalments
Some classes have to be fully paid in advance and others only required a deposit to be booked. If you pay a deposit, the remaining cost for the cycle of classes you're booking is payable when attending your first class. You can send your payment to email@example.com through PayPal before that day, or pay on the day by cheque or cash. You can also pay by cheque of two equal instalments, 4 weeks apart, at no extra cost.
Should you need to cancel a booking
Please give us notice at least 30 days before the start of the class. No booking fees will be refund after this time. Bookings cancellation should be made by email stating your name, the payment transaction number your received upon successful transaction or the number of the cheque you've issued and the name and date of the classes you wish to cancel. If you cancel a booking with us at least 30 days in advance, a full refund of your deposit will be made from cleared funds to the account initially charged.
Should you need to reschedule a booking
Please give us notice at least 30 days before the start of the class. Rescheduling will stop being free and automatic after this time limit. To reschedule within this time limit, simply contact us with your booking details and the class you would like to take instead of the one you've booked. We will change your booking at no extra cost.
Rescheduling after this time limit is only possible in exceptional circumstances and we reserve the right to refuse. Should you need to reschedule under those circumstances, you will need to contact us and pay for administration cost as follow:
If bookings for the class you originally booked are still open at time of rescheduling:
Rescheduling a taster class: £7.50
Rescheduling an evening cycle or a weekend workshop: £15.
If bookings for the class you originally booked are closed at time of rescheduling and need to be re-open:
Rescheduling a taster class: £10
Rescheduling an evening cycle or a weekend workshop: £25.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse rescheduling a class, especially if you give us less than 10 days advanced notice. In all circumstances, the rescheduled class must take place within 6 month of the original booking.
Should we need to cancel classes
Should any unforeseeable event force us to cancel a class or a series of classes, you will be offered the choice between an alternative class or a full and prompt refund. All refunds are made from cleared funds only.
Unless otherwise stated, concession fees are available to full time students, the unemployed, equity members, people over 60 years of age and imprology's recent former students (i.e. people who took a cycle, weekend or retreat with us in the past 3 months). When paying the concession price, please bring proof of claim on your first class.
We are in the business of making people happy, so if the first class you take with us doesn't meet your expectations, let us know immediatly and we will offer you a full and prompt refund. No small print. No catch.
If you worry about internet fraud and think this entire operation could be a scam (with pictures and all), contact us and we'll put you in touch with existing clients who can testify that all is real and good.
